This is a mobile location. It moves across the state and is part of a larger conglomerate of food providers. The purpose is an old tank hollowed out and used for safe transport of food and goods. A primary strand of the economy the still survives to this day. Much like the old food trucks of the past or the farmer's markets, that come and go. These tanks usually scope out and path and area that they hit, they trade goods for fresh food. They also buy fresh food off the hands of the few farmer's left. Many of the people call them "Farmer Tanks." And they don't typically have good prices, in this economy... |
